Terms of Service

1. Who we are

The StratexHub platform and website (the "Service") are provided by PMO Connect("we", "us", "our"), trading as StratexHub. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Acceptance

If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you use the Service as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

3. The Service

StratexHub is an enterprise Strategy Management Office (SMO) platform covering strategy cascade, KPIs, portfolios, initiatives, benefits, governance workflows, risk, AI advisor, and related features. Specific features depend on the plan you subscribe to.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. You must not:

The Service, including its software, documentation and branding, is owned by PMO Connect and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your subscribed plan. You retain ownership of customer content you submit; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

6. Payments, subscriptions and taxes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, applicable taxes, invoicing, subscription renewal, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current paid period. See our Refund Policy.

7. Service availability and warranties

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence).

9. Indemnity

You will indemnify us for third-party claims arising from your customer content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of acceptable use. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete customer content after a reasonable export window.

11. AI features

Stratex AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not a substitute for professional, legal, financial or regulated advice. You are responsible for your prompts, for verifying outputs before relying on them, and for having the rights to any content you submit. We may filter, restrict or refuse outputs to enforce these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PMO Connect is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
