Refund Policy

StratexHub is provided by PMO Connect. We want you to be happy with your subscription. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

All orders are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, please visit paddle.net using the email address you used at checkout, or contact us at support@stratexhub.io and we will assist you.

After the 30-day period

After the 30-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you can cancel at any time from your account to stop future renewals. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Annual plans

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to new annual subscriptions. Renewals of annual plans are not covered by the money-back guarantee but can be cancelled before the next renewal date.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.
