The challenge

Fourteen operating companies ran their own strategies in spreadsheets and BI tools. Consolidated reporting to the board took two full weeks, KPI definitions drifted between entities, and there was no traceable link between Vision 2030 objectives, group portfolios and benefits realization.

The approach

StratexHub was deployed as the group Strategy Management Office platform in eight weeks. Vision 2030 pillars were configured as the top-level cascade, each business unit's objectives and KPIs mapped underneath, and a single governance committee cadence replaced 14 fragmented forums.
