A KSA holding group unified 14 business units on one strategy execution model aligned to Vision 2030.
The challenge
Fourteen operating companies ran their own strategies in spreadsheets and BI tools. Consolidated reporting to the board took two full weeks, KPI definitions drifted between entities, and there was no traceable link between Vision 2030 objectives, group portfolios and benefits realization.
The approach
StratexHub was deployed as the group Strategy Management Office platform in eight weeks. Vision 2030 pillars were configured as the top-level cascade, each business unit's objectives and KPIs mapped underneath, and a single governance committee cadence replaced 14 fragmented forums. Benefit registers were migrated with evidence attached, and the Stratex AI Advisor produced Arabic-first board summaries.
Outcomes
- Board reporting cycle dropped from 14 days to 3 days.
- One consolidated KPI dictionary across 14 entities.
- Benefits realization coverage rose from 32% to 89% of initiatives.
- Full audit trail on every strategy decision — accepted in FY audit.
"For the first time we brief the board with one source of truth — and the Arabic-first governance workflow lets our regulator see exactly how every decision was made."
